Fantastic newly created opportunity to join the client success team of a high growth, fast-paced and dynamic financial services business operating in the Market Data space.

Experience in a Market Data environment working with financial institutions is essential as well as experience in client/customer success, client services or sales.

Reporting into the Head of Client Success, you will play a key role in managing client success with clients across EMEA.
  • Own your portfolio of clients, helping to increase the adoption, engagement, and retention of the client base; to demonstrate ROI and ensure outstanding levels of client satisfaction.
  • Consult with clients to understand their business and goals, supporting clients' strategy
  • Maximising the chance of contract renewal through regular liaison with the key contacts within the assigned accounts.
  • Curate client satisfaction feedback and referrals.
  • Ensure that you are maximising upsell opportunities and spotting opportunities for new propositions that can be packaged and sold.
  • Working with the Data Engineering, Product and Support teams to deliver and act on valuable feedback from end-users.


Experience required
  • Experience in a Market Data environment (with Financial Institutions) is essential (candidates without this unfortunately can not be considered for this role)
  • Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in a client success function. Alternatively you will have experience in client services or sales and looking to transition into a client success role
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship building skills-with experience navigating through complex organisations and building rapport with multiple levels of a client's organisation as well as internal stakeholders.
  • European languages advantageous but not essential.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying client needs.
  • Understanding of any sales methodology preferred.
