Product Specialist, Private Debt

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry experts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in the private debt space
• Act as a subject matter expert on Private Debt products and strategies
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify market trends, product gaps, and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide product solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, legal, and compliance to ensure successful product launch and ongoing management.
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on private debt products.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in private debt/Credit/HY product specialist roles.
• Strong knowledge of private debt products and markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong project management skills.
