Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst - OMS Implementation - Flextrade

This role is fully remote

Responsibilities:

Works directly with vendor product development teams to evaluate and recommend solutions.

This BA role is technical and functional, and Financial Services domain experience is a must.

Need to be able to understand Order Management Systems, life of an equity order and trade and regulatory aspect of trading:

Adheres to established standards and maintains currency in business analysis practices, procedures and techniques.

Consults with users to identify, analyze, refine and document business requirements.

Experience:

• Sell-side investment technology implementation experience
• Must have worked on an OMS implementation, ideally Flextrade
• Equity trading workflows
• Sell-side domestic and international equity trading business - both in Algo space and Retail
• knowledge of FIX Messaging protocol and ability to read and understand FIX format Messages
• Experience implementing software in a large-scale environment
• Good understanding of software product development lifecycle is a plus
• Working knowledge of trading systems and network infrastructures
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Strong understanding of the financial markets, front and back office
