Role & Responsibilities:
  • Support the activities of the product development, structuring or portfolio team to create and evaluate new sustainable insurance products.
  • Maintain and improve key processes; for example, investment approval process, facility reporting and portfolio reporting.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to work with peers within the team and the firm on opportunities to improve processes and data.
  • Assist in formulating materials that support "telling the story" to investors regarding performance and broader strategy/plans.
  • Evaluate multiple sets of data and connect dots across them or see problems from many different angles.

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • CFA or CAIA desirable.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial markets, creating and assessing new products with an interest in climate and sustainability.
  • Advanced excel and analytical skills.
  • Inquisitive and authentic communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results driven, and prefer working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
