- Support the activities of the product development, structuring or portfolio team to create and evaluate new sustainable insurance products.
- Maintain and improve key processes; for example, investment approval process, facility reporting and portfolio reporting.
- Proactively look for opportunities to work with peers within the team and the firm on opportunities to improve processes and data.
- Assist in formulating materials that support "telling the story" to investors regarding performance and broader strategy/plans.
- Evaluate multiple sets of data and connect dots across them or see problems from many different angles.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- CFA or CAIA desirable.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial markets, creating and assessing new products with an interest in climate and sustainability.
- Advanced excel and analytical skills.
- Inquisitive and authentic communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results driven, and prefer working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
