Sales & Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

Reviewing and editing of RFPs, with the first draft typically completed by a centralised marketing team, as well as updating standard product DDQs
Contributing to client service activities by supporting sales and marketing executives in London and elsewhere
Working with our centralised marketing team to ensure continuous enhancement of marketing materials
Updating standard, and tailoring client-specific and new business presentations, as well as reviewing factsheets and client reports
Assisting the team in dealing with ad hoc data and written enquiries from existing and potential new clients, sales people, and other intermediaries
Contributing ideas to, and becoming involved in, wider marketing initiatives, for example, Salesforce, the company website, LinkedIn page and other marketing content/materials
Working with the Responsible Investing Manager on the completion of various ESG-focused client requests

Required Experience

1 - 4 years' experience in a sales support, RFP team, or product management environment in the fund management sector
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
An interest in finance, including investments, global and emerging markets equities
Good understanding of the mechanics of UCITS funds and platforms would be a plus
