My client a leading Higher Education organisation are looking to hire an IT Project Manager to join the wider IT team and deliver on a variety of IT projects.
The role will report into the IT Director and will be responsible for a portfolio of projects. Due to a wider transformation piece going on within the business the client is looking to hire an experience IT Project Manager to support on a variety of IT initiatives across the organisation.

Job Description

The role will report into the IT Director and will be responsible for a portfolio of projects. Due to a wider transformation piece going on within the business the client is looking to hire an experience IT Project Manager to support on a variety of IT initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT and Digital projects
- Working with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are appropriately resourced and delivered to the agreed scope, timelines and budget
- Partner with 3rd party suppliers
- Monitor risks and issues to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Monitor the project plan to provide accurate reporting
- Any other ad hoc tasks
Key experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Experience of delivering broad IT and digital projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience of working in higher education, public sector or not for profit would be desirable
