Data Product Owner - Asset Manager

Miryco Consultants are working with a leading, top-tier privately backed Investment Manager who are looking to add a Reinsurance Product Owner to their high performing team.

Based in the Operations team, this individual will also work closely with Developers, Technology, Pricing, Quant and Actuarial teams on a variety of projects. As such, we're looking for a high-achieving and strongly motivated professional with strong technical ability, particularly in Python & VBA.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for the analysis, creation and implementation of new and innovative systems to help the firm with its Reinsurance and Bulk-Purchase-Annuity deals.
• Additional responsibilities working in a Trade Support capacity.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years professional experience in a similar function
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant subject from a leading University.
• Highly analytical with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in a project-management capacity, capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong technical ability, ideally in Excel, Python and VBA with an understanding of the software development life-cycle.

Location: London

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000
