Who we are looking for
The Onboarding and Change Management (OCM) team works alongside colleagues to drive forward process change and automation to reduce operational risk, generate capacity and support business growth, as well as delivering strategic solutions (regulatory, business, industry, etc)
Reporting to the Manager of the OCM team, this is a key role and actively contributes to the effective management of the department and delivering operational excellence across the business.
The primary focus of this role will be to support delivery of our prioritised Change pipeline alongside Project Teams, Business SMEs, Tech and Automation teams by adding value with expertise, making quick decisions, having the ability to navigate the organisation and the gravitas to force action.

What you will be responsible for
As Product Owner you will
  • Work with the Global Delivery Middle Office teams Apollo to deliver strategic projects and process change, demonstrating impact of changes as delivered and identifying opportunities to utilize our automation tool kit.
  • Assess current BAU processes and ways of working to recommend changes with a strong focus on risk mitigation, capacity savings and scalability -establish a thorough understanding of the business, the challenges they face and how our tactical and strategic solutions deliver benefits to overcoming these obstacles.
  • Work with operational, tech, and other business teams to execute change at an effective and fast pace whilst operating within a structured governance framework - facilitate business requirements definition, testing and route to go live activities.
  • Prepare for and run meetings as required, ensuring actions are clarified, documented and time-boxed
  • operate withing a risk and governance framework for both initiation and implementation phases of the project, ensuing a smooth transition into BAU with documented procedures and controls.
  • Deliver accurate and concise key Management Information for both Global Delivery MO Management team, as well as business and executive sponsors.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 'A' level passes and IAQ exams (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint,)
