Equity Trading System Implementation

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify candidates with an excellent knowledge of equity products. Working closely with Traders and Portfolio Managers from buy-side institutions, this role will focus on the implementation process for clients for our company's trading system. Coverage for this role is broad and will include all aspects from initial consultation, project planning, requirements gathering, workflow review, product setup, user acceptance testing, and client go-live. Given the interaction with client trading teams, this role will be well suited to someone coming from a previous trading or a strong equity Operations background, who is keen to pursue a new path.

Good product knowledge is essential, mainly for equity and equity swaps and an understanding of the block trade/allocation process would be advantageous. You will need to understand the booking requirements for equity products as this is a key part of the role. We are looking for articulate individuals, who are able to effectively manage client relationships, understand their needs and requirements and to then translate them into software solutions.
