We are currently working with one of the largest Real Estate Developers in their search for a Finance Manager to join their finance team in London. Out client has strong presence across the globe with multi-billion dollars in investment projects.

The Finance Manager will have full responsibility for all aspects of the reporting and financial operations of an allocated portfolio of joint ventures and corporate entities with international exposure.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts
• Preparation of year-end reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting responsibilities
• Treasury management
• Working alongside the Director in processes improvements and reporting to the Board
• Management and coaching of an Accountant

Key Requirements

• Accounting Qualification
• Real Estate experience ideally in a developer, property company or investment management firm
• Good knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP; US GAAP is advantageous
• Hands-on mentality
