Transfer Agency Oversight - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Hays are working on behalf of a leading Investment Manager to recruit for a Transfer Agency Oversight Analyst for a 12 month fixed contract. You will receive a competitive base salary, as well as good benefits and a completion bonus (based on performance).

Duties will include;

• The key focus of the role is to support the Transfer Agency Operational team and to oversee the quality and timeliness Third Party Administrator (TPA).
• To ensure that TPA are performing to the agreed SLAs and KPIs, and are offering excellent client service to our Distribution Partners and their clients
• To act as primary point of contact with Transfer Agents for any technical or BAU issues, sign off authorisation and query resolution.
• To monitor the overall performance against targets (SLAs and KPIs), standards and deadlines and ensure remedial action or escalation is taken as required.
• To build an open and effective communication channel with both the TA and internal partners
  
  To be considered you will need a background in fund or asset management and ideally have worked with Transfer Agency. A strong client services ethic is required to be able to influence their processes and also help drive successful relationships
