Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Commercial Product Manager to work for a lovely company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The Commercial Manager will be accountable for the management of the Commercial and Analysis team and the delivery of all responsibilities of performance management of products, contributing commercial input toward capital investment opportunities, product development, competitor / market scanning, and the creation and distribution of product briefs.
Salary: up to £65K + excellent benefits
Location: East Grinstead, hybrid working - 2 days office based
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday

Commercial Product Manager duties:
- Managing a team of 4
- Ensuring the team is providing a high quality performance, trends, forecast data, tracking KPIs, distributing Management Information, providing appropriate commercial recommendations, commercial estimates etc.
- Supporting with new acquisitions by providing all commercial input and estimates toward the creation of capital investment financial appraisals.
- Working with stakeholders within the wider organisation
- Lead the performance management of core products to ensure budgeted targets are met
- Develop and distribute annual sales and promotion briefs to marketing
- Influencing pricing, promotion, distribution and revenue management strategies for core products.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven Previous Commercial Product Development or Product Management, Finance role
- People management experience
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
- Strong understanding of the commercial / financial modelling process and fully P&L literate
