About this role:

This is a critical team position reporting to the CDF EMEA Operations Senior Manager, responsible for providing accurate and timely Participation certificates to investors, resolving any related queries, and ensuring a seamless onboarding for new investors from an Operations perspective. This role will support the interaction between the outsourced Operations Team based in India, the EMEA Service & Delivery Teams and our local Operations Team based in the UK, ensuring all invoice & cash booking and funding activities across EMEA are undertaking in an accurate and timely manner by our outsourced Team. To meet such performance standards the Operations Specialist will need to work in conjunction with the outsourced Team key point of contacts (Manager, Team Leader and Administrators) to review Key Performance Indicators, workload, outstanding queries and Team Member training needs.

(Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required)

In this role, you will:
  • To own the CDF EMEA sub-participations processes (weekly & monthly certificates, internal & external queries) and ensure all processes are fully documented & compliant.
  • Act as main point of contact for Operations as part of any new Investor onboarding, ensuring that all requirements can be met from a system perspective.
  • Ability to perform all invoicing, funding & cash processing activities. Be seen as subject matter expert being able to resolve complex queries.
  • Main point of contact for internal & external audits as well as any internal Business Process Mapping activities.
  • Monitor the outsourced Operations Team by reviewing daily activities, participating in weekly and monthly performance dashboard reviews. Raise concerns, improvement ideas, establish clear actions & follow ups.
  • Identify training and process improvement needs to further enhance the internal and/or external customer experience ensuring accurate & timely processing and query resolution. Escalating internally & cross functionally as and when required.
  • To identify and implement simplification through taking ownership of Operations actions.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicator reporting is produced to demonstrate control and drive root cause analysis for key process bottlenecks and risks so that innovative process solutions are created and implemented.
  • Project management - Lead small to medium Operations projects by creating relevant project timeline. Engaging and influencing various stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
