Who we are looking for
The Portfolio Management Analyst (PMA) is central to the risk management and operating efficiency of the Currency Management business at SSGM. The PMA delivers support to the Currency Portfolio Management team in the implementation of client mandates while collaborating with team leads across the Currency Management business to drive portfolio management- and execution-related strategic initiatives.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Portfolio Management Analyst, Assistant Vice President you will
  • Assist currency portfolio managers in daily operations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of: inbound data receipt, mandate compliance, and client reporting.
  • Oversee passing of global book, ensuring completeness in order generation, execution, and client reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with data agents, PM and other Currency Management staff, and clients to drive accuracy in the portfolio management process.
  • Become familiar with global book of client mandates and participate directly in the portfolio management process.
  • Take initiative to drive the improvement of portfolio management process and mitigate risk. Collaborate with development teams to identify and create monitoring tools/dashboards to expand oversight capabilities.
  • The PMA will liaise with internal CM personnel in client onboarding, program design, trade confirmation, and other functions when needed.
  • Interface with the Product Specialist team on a daily basis
  • Develop a deep understanding of client strategies
  • Participate in client management activities including client service reviews, project management, and fund launch activities
  • Provide support to business development activities
  • Work closely with the team leads to ensure escalation and resolution of client related queries or requests
  • Interact with management in EMEA as directed as well as assist in creating periodic management information reporting
