Desired skills and experience:
Education:
- Exposure to alternate Investment asset classes including Real Estate (Residential, Commercial, Strategic Land, Timberland, and Minerals) and other real assets such as Infrastructure.
- Experience working within property accounting and systems.
- Business process modelling (including Visio)
- Exposure to similar system replacement projects
- Experience in software implementation for products
- Exposure to M-files or equivalent document management system
Education:
- An Accounting qualification (desirable)
- Understanding of Prince2 Project Management or equivalent (desirable)
- ITIL Foundation (desirable)
