Our client is looking for a Client Relations Associate to provide sales support/relationship management to their Nordic Client Coverage team. This person will be based in their London office managing relationships with Nordic institutional investors, Insurance companies, Financial Intermediaries, Financial Advisors and Family-Offices.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing both outbound and inbound sales, with proactive interactions with new or existing leads and follow-ups
  • Organising prospective client related activity, including client presentations and request for proposals
  • Conducting market research and assist the team on business strategies and client analysis
  • Organising and proactively supporting client events and marketing collateral efforts
  • Engage internally with the Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing and Compliance teams


We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
  • Fluent in either Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic
  • Degree in economics, management or finance
  • Either from an asset manager, sell-side (equity sales) or data provider
  • At least 2 years sales experience
  • Experience of using Salesforce, or similar CRM system
  • Strong communication both written and verbal skills and presentation skills
