Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Sales strategy to target the firms fund range to clients including Private Banks, Wealth managers, IFAs, DFMs
  • Communicate investment strategies in the Credit, EM equity and Private Markets space
  • Work closely with product specialist and investment team
  • Represent the firm at pitch meetings, conferences, client events
  • Maintain internal CRM system and ensuring pipeline is accurate and up to date
  • Drive new business development efforts and identify opportunities to expand relationships with retail platforms
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions


Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree (min 2.1)
  • Excellent understanding of UK's wealth and intermediary landscape
  • Proven track record of retail sales ideally with a focus on alternatives
  • Minimum 10 years of Investment management sales experience for an investment manager or Private Bank.
  • Good grasp of local fund structures (i.e: OEICs, SICAVs; ELTIF/LTAFs would be a plus)
  • Good understanding of ESG trends and best practices
  • IMC required, additional qualifications (i.e MBA, CFA, CAIA) would be a plus
  • Established contacts and knowledge of retail platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
