Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting ongoing business development and client service efforts

- Developing and maintaining knowledge of the Firm's product offerings, systems and processes to support and service client relationships

- Updating pipeline information and managing client / prospect relationship information in the Firm's CRM

- Summarising client and prospect meetings to be documented in the CRM

- Participating as a member of dedicated teams serving our EMEA-based clients and prospects

- Collaborating with senior members of the Direct Lending, Product Specialist, Compliance and Operations Teams to organise client meetings and coordinate presentation material content

- Preparing and reviewing meeting preparation.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree required

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales support / inside sales capacity, preferably within a financial services environment

- Experience working within a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus

- Self-managed, high energy and highly driven by relationship management

- Strong proactive problem-solving abilities; demonstrated time management and organisation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong detail orientation and meticulous accuracy

- Highly effective in forging working relationships with team members, business counterparts and senior management
