An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Global Financial Planning and Analysis team within Macquarie Asset Management, which comprise of Macquarie Private Markets and Macquarie Public Investments. Our Asset Management group is a full-service asset manager, providing clients with access to a diverse range of capabilities and products including infrastructure, real assets, green investments, equities, fixed income, liquid alternatives and multi-asset investment management solutions.

Join Macquarie Asset Management as a Senior Manager within the Financial Planning & Analysis team.

As a member of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will provide analysis and insight on the Macquarie Asset Management business. Working with a broad range of stakeholders across the business, you will take accountability for business forecasting, performance analysis, decision support, process improvement and automation.

A newly created role with 1 direct report, you will support Macquarie Asset Management Client Solutions Group and Macquarie Asset Management Enterprise, with responsibility for a large business with multiple senior stakeholders with the preparation and analysis of the group's forecast, budget, and reporting, as well as a range of ad-hoc support tasks across various initiatives.

Your technical skills and qualifications will include a tertiary degree in Accounting and Finance or similar as well as a CA (or equivalent) designation. You'll also have 6-10 years' experience in a large, complex organisation. Outstanding communication skills and strong relationship management skills are a must, as is a well-developed attention to detail with capacity to appreciate the "big picture". Prior experience working in an analytical role in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities will be imperative.
