We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Legal team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Supports the Outside Counsel Governance and Strategy Director and the Third Party Governance (TPG) Lead for the Legal Department globally, covering external third parties in the execution of their duties
• Supports the Legal department' compliance with the TPG policies and processes, including through:
  • Providing ongoing guidance to Engagement Managers for external third parties within the department
  • Monitoring performance of required tasks as part of the vendor lifecycle and supporting timely escalation
  • Performing analysis and review of TPG-specific data to support
• Regular connectivity with the Enterprise Third-Party Governance Program, a cross-functional team that drives the implementation of the TPG program and BAU third-party risk management activities.
• Supports key related strategic and ad hoc initiatives as required

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Significant years of total work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vendor risk management would be preferred
