Key Responsibilities

  • Complete analysis of business data including but not limited to revenue, customer and landlord trend and revenue data
  • Support commercial work such as drafting presentations and business plans, board papers, financial analysis and corporate marketing materials
  • Identify and report on key issues and trends, whether affecting the company's own network or broader market themes
  • Assist with corporate finance as necessary (financial analysis, presentations, info memos, due diligence queries etc)
  • Respond to ad hoc and regular investor queries.
  • Establish excellent collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the business.
  • Assist with periodic reporting for investors and senior management.
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in with you are involved


Background and Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is a plus.
  • Seeking 2-5 years relevant experience in a relevant professional environment
  • Background could include from within an investment bank, consulting firms, private equity firms, corporate finance departments of large corporations or corporate finance advisory firms
  • Experience of capital and fund raising is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and interpreting complex financial data.
  • Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial statements, financial modelling techniques, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
  • Strong analytical and oral / written communication skills, with a specific ability to assimilate complex information and translate this into practical and clear advice
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Confident and intelligent presentation style.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
