Corporate Finance Associate - EV Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Complete analysis of business data including but not limited to revenue, customer and landlord trend and revenue data
Support commercial work such as drafting presentations and business plans, board papers, financial analysis and corporate marketing materials
Identify and report on key issues and trends, whether affecting the company's own network or broader market themes
Assist with corporate finance as necessary (financial analysis, presentations, info memos, due diligence queries etc)
Respond to ad hoc and regular investor queries.
Establish excellent collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the business.
Assist with periodic reporting for investors and senior management.
Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in with you are involved

Background and Qualification

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
A Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is a plus.
Seeking 2-5 years relevant experience in a relevant professional environment
Background could include from within an investment bank, consulting firms, private equity firms, corporate finance departments of large corporations or corporate finance advisory firms
Experience of capital and fund raising is essential.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial analysis and interpreting complex financial data.
Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial statements, financial modelling techniques, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
Strong analytical and oral / written communication skills, with a specific ability to assimilate complex information and translate this into practical and clear advice
Excellent written and spoken English;
Confident and intelligent presentation style.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
