Client Service & RFP - Immediate

Key responsibilities:

Generate RFP and DDQ requests in accordance to organizational regulation
Developing innovative solutions for clients to provide high quality outcomes
Working alongside Product Specialists, Client Managers and wider Sales teams to generate proposals in a timely manner
Overseeing proposal completion processes all the way from identification to delivery, followed by implementing best practice submissions
Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services in order to provide investment option information when necessary
Ensure submissions in response to requests from clients and consultants (including RFPs, RFIs and ad-hoc queries) are accurate, compliant and consistent
Assist in the production and oversight of client and new business presentations, fund newsletters, factsheets and other client communication
Preparation and sign off of supporting materials for relationship managers and fund managers
