About our client
Our client, a global placement agent, is seeking to hire a smart and technical Analyst to their London office and support senior members in the execution of strategic fundraises across a whole range of private markets strategies.
What the job involves

• Assist in conducting due diligence activities related to potential and existing clients for the marketing of funds, co-investments and other structures across various alternative asset classes
• Work closely with senior investment team members and clients to compile due diligence and marketing materials for use by potential investors
• Conduct industry market research and statistical analysis
• Evaluate performance of potential new clients, contribute to team discussions on new business opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic record with previous internship experience in placement agents, investor relations, alternative asset management, investment banking or private equity
• Interest in the private markets industry
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Desire to work in a small, entrepreneurial, team-oriented and collaborative environment
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
