The purpose of this position is to carry out routine day-to-day company secretarial services and administration of corporate and fund structures under the direction of a Board Servicing Manager.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead the administration of a range of entities across various corporate vehicles, investment holding companies and fund structuring entities, including for listed entities.
- Manage all aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability, attending meetings and drafting minutes and resolutions for routine matters.
- Manage stock exchange announcements and the administration related to listed entities.
- Maintain accurate records for each entity, ensuring that all amendments are made in a timely manner
- Manage regulatory and statutory filings.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and other business contacts
- Undertake routine and office clerical tasks where necessary.
- Manage audit requests of corporate entities.
- Proactively support department strategic projects as and when.
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
- The candidate may be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent)
- Company Secretarial services experience, ideally with financial services and / or funds industry experience
- People Management experience
- Financial services experience
- Computer literacy skills are essential
- Good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
