About our client

Our client, a global Venture Capital firm, are looking to hire an HR Analyst to join their London office. The firm invest across a variety of tech-focused businesses, boasting a diversified portfolio. They are going through an expansion phase and are looking to add an HR Analyst to their well-established people function. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and thorough individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with an interest in the Venture Capital space. What the job involves

As the HR Analyst, you will offer co-ordination support to the HR Director on all scheduling and people-related tasks, and in time ownership of key projects across the business. On a daily basis, you will be tasked with a generalist, administrative scope of responsibility. As part of a small team there will be a high level of exposure, allowing opportunity to learn and develop your skill set. You will also be tasked with:

  • Managing the HR system and database
  • Assisting senior colleagues with hiring and internship processes
  • Supporting employee performance management
  • Managing employee exit procedures
  • Preparing employee onboarding processes
  • Assisting in legal and compliance policies
  • Completing ad-hoc research tasks and project work for the global HR department
Who we are looking for

  • Experience of working within an HR or talent acquisition team
  • University degree in HR Management, business, law, humanities, social sciences or comparable education
  • Experience within PE/ VC/ financial services would be beneficial
  • Quick comprehension, high motivation and commitment
  • Competent in MS office, strong excel and database handling skills
  • Proven ability to work at a fast pace and prioritise own workload accordingly
