Head of Portfolio Management

THE ROLE:

To work as part of the senior team in developing and overseeing the implementation of the business strategy underpinning the growth of the real estate strategy
Oversee the development of business plans for each property, along with annual property operating budgets
Review all regular reports and updates on the investments and portfolio performance and provide oversight to ensure the investments are being effectively monitored
Manage all aspects of asset servicing, overseeing property management, execution of operational and cap-ex budgets and development within the portfolio.
Review the portfolio with the Originations team on a quarterly basis to make buy, hold and sell recommendations
Manage the activities of leasing and property management to effectuate the business plan ensuring all lease agreements are structured in a way that attracts tenants, provides flexibility, reduces vacancies and limits liability exposure.
Oversee and manage disposal transactions

REQUIREMENTS:

Real Estate, Business or Finance Degree
10+ years in as a Portfolio/Asset Manager with comprehensive experience of multiple tenanted assets and able to demonstrate a track record of delivery
Highly commercial with proven experience of adding value to businesses
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use modelling techniques and market experience to estimate expected returns in different market settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with highly developed planning and organisational skills, able to use initiative and prioritise work
