The Impact: Being part of Digital Workplace messaging escalation and engineering team you will have the opportunity to solve complex problems for both cloud and on-premises technologies, providing support all business units. This role would act as trusted advisor and escalation point of contact for broad range of solutions, while building technical documentation and customer relationships. The role will lead Architecture, Engineering, and Operational oversight for messaging.
What's in it for you: We are looking for someone who has broad, in-depth product knowledge and customer service experiences with advanced troubleshooting skills and understanding of different tools to solve technically complex issues. Should also have the ability to work towards of improving the service by implementing automations and strengthening the knowledge base for engineering and operational staff. Should have a strong proficiency in the following areas:
Manage and lead team responsible for architecture, engineering, and operational oversight for messaging.
Perform remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex messaging and collaboration problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions
Serve as the escalation point for issues that managed service provider support team and engineering staff are not able to resolve.
Drive service improvement for team in performing Office 365 administrative functions including license assignment, mailbox administration, report generation and other Office 365 administrative tasks
Assist with key Digital Workplace initiatives and projects including O365 tenant consolidation, Box migration and other key Digital Workplace projects
Provide hyper care end user support for Digital Workplace transformation initiatives
Act as a SME in infrastructure projects and for all Messaging related items.
Interact with key business IT and stakeholders to proactively identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed with innovative technology solutions. Be able to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical requirements.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of leading/managing engineering teams
7+ years of end user administration
7+ years' experience in infrastructure engineering
Experience in a large, geographically dispersed environment
Ability to interface with executives explain technical initiatives in business terms
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects
You should have skills and confirmed experience for the following products and technologies: Microsoft Teams, Windows Server 2012R2 and newer, Office 365 and Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange 2013 and newer, SMTP and email authentication (DMARC, DKIM, SPF), Active Directory Domain Services, PowerShell
Excellent Customer Service skills and customer service orientation
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,900 to $287,600. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
