Our client, a highly reputable global asset manager based in the City of London, is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding & Transitions Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your expertise in client onboarding and make a significant impact in a high-profile role.
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will take charge of project managing and coordinating the implementation of new client accounts, new share classes, client in-specie transfers, switches, as well as fund onboardings, product/fund launches, change events, and contract negotiations.
Your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for institutional investors. In your capacity as the project lead for a portfolio of new clients, you will play a pivotal role in aligning all internal teams and spearheading the coordination and implementation of the entire client onboarding and transition process. This includes client account set up, share classes, transfers, fund launches, and managing change events. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the client onboarding process internally as well as externally with the outsourced provider. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you collaborate closely with Relationship Management teams, internal teams, and external service providers and custodians to ensure successful onboarding.
To be considered for this role, you will bring strong client onboarding experience project managing multiple onboarding projects meeting tight deadlines. This experience will be gained from an asset manager, bank, or financial services transition management company. While prior Salesforce, OTC Derivatives & LDI investment knowledge would be advantageous, it is not essential.
