These are national roles, so you will be based from home and spend a large amount of your time travelling to meet clients. You'll also be required to visit the office in Manchester from time to time, so proximity to the office would be a beneficial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to maximise sales, implement new ideas and develop opportunities. This will involve working closely with the Head of Sales on strategically important accounts.
  • Ongoing prospecting of new customers with the view to onboarding them from start to finish as long term clients.
  • Managing projects designated to them to develop new products or challenge existing procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with the operations and credit teams to deliver a seamless 'one business' approach.
  • Completion of annual credit reviews for customers allocated and new credit applications for onboarded customers.
  • Management of deals from cradle to grave including understanding and actioning the legal and operational duties whilst working within the risk frameworks the business operates in.
  • Conducting pricing analysis on customer base, creating strategies for maximising return whilst ensuring customers remain loyal and fairly treated.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
  • You have a proven track record in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.
  • You are sales driven with ability to plan and manage your own activities.
  • You have an understanding of the full sales cycle, as well as the proven ability to surpass objectives and quotas.
  • You have the ability to conduct basic credit analysis and experience with writing credit applications.
  • You show a proactive attitude to client management and a background for working with long term clients.
  • You are target driven with a strong desire to succeed.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
  • Have the relevant experience within the Asset Finance Industry.
  • Have the relevant experience within the UK automotive industry.
