Job Purpose Statement

Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are....

As an Operations Analyst, you will be supporting the Investment and trading functions of the business. You will have a wide range of responsibilities to maintain high standard of service to our clients and internal collaborators.

Within this role you will have a good understanding of the end to end processes with the Operations Team which includes our goals to minimise risk and to tackle any issues that arise to allow the other areas of the business to also function efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in their career, to be in a position where they can take on more responsibilities and broaden their Investment Operations experience in a small team.

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time ....

• Cash and stock reconciliations with any outstanding items investigated as a priority with external vendors.
• Trade settlements - to minimise trading issues so failed trades are kept to a minimum and resolved within the settlement period.
• Deal with clients directly or client services should they request information or to explain issues.
• Corporate action election.
• Review and process monthly reports which are sent to clients.
• Maintain vendor relationships.
• Ad hoc project involvement.

Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have. ...

• Experience working in an Operations environment within the financial industry.
• A good, rounded knowledge of Investment Management business.
• Awareness and understanding of fund accounting principles and processes involved within Investment Operations.
• Strong collaboration ethic.
• Understanding end to end processes involved in Operations.
