Responsibilities:

- Assist with the execution of transactions, including M&A and Corporate Finance; manage key working streams of transactions in a flawless and efficient manner

- Coordinate project deliverables and due diligence processes with senior bankers

- Manage the development of financial models and valuation analysis

- Draft transaction documents and marketing presentations; investment memorandums, pitchbooks, sector reports etc.

- Assist in business development initiatives including but not limited to target identification, pitching for mandates, and attending conferences

- Client management and ownership of day-to-day deal work; build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisers

- Train, develop and mentor Analysts Extensive company and industry analyses (trends, M&A, buyer analysis etc.)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required 1-4 years of relevant corporate finance experience within a TMT team of an investment bank

- Track record of working and closing both sell-side and financing deals

- Strong financial modelling and business planning skills

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work product

- Outstanding analytical, organizational skills and proven self-starter

- Ability to manage rapid timelines and proactively manage any potential conflicts

- Strong project management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Deep passion for the broader technology and telecom sector
