Equity Research Opportunity - Saudi Equity Strategy- Asset Manager

Our client is currently looking for an experienced equity analyst to join their team in London. They are launching a new Saudi Equities strategy, so require someone with good knowledge of the area, and who has experience covering companies in the area.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Gather and compile necessary data and resources to support research activities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of diverse industries relevant to the investment strategy
• Conduct extensive research on local and global companies and industries
• Construct and maintain accurate financial models
• Stay abreast of market trends, opportunities, risks, and new investment products
• Generate regular reports on portfolio holdings and watch list
• Assist the investment team with ad hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience::

• Possess 7-10 years' experience in asset management
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing companies within Saudi Arabia
• Exhibit a genuine passion for investing and financial markets
• Strong aptitude for mathematics and analysis
• Display a keen desire for continuous learning and personal growth
• Foster a collaborative mindset and exhibit a strong work ethic
• Self-driven and adept at managing own tasks and responsibilities
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, including VBA
• Familiarity with programming in Python is advantageous
• Preferred certifications include CFA/CPA/ACA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Arabic
