Role Responsibilities
• Identify and research exploitable market inefficiencies and investment opportunities
• Provide input to multi-asset portfolio construction and support ongoing portfolio management
• Develop a monitoring dashboard of quantitative and qualitative economic, financial, or monetary databases
• Design and produce daily reporting summaries on positioning, performance and risk
• Manage the team infrastructure requirements (i.e. data, models, tools, dashboards etc.) and maintain team documentation (policies, procedures etc.), adhering to "best in class" processes (i.e. model risk management)
• Develop and maintain close relationships with key internal stakeholders

- Ensuring that they continue to meet the FCA's requirements around Fitness & Propriety.
Technical Competencies, Skills and Experience
Key Competencies:
- Relevant academic qualification (BSc/MSc), i.e. business/finance/economics or quantitative subject
- Proficient at Excel and PowerPoint, in particular graphical presentation skills
- Programming skills (e.g. Python, VBA) would be desirable
- Good analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Attention to detail
- Proactive, enthusiastic and committed team player
- Strong compliance culture and high personal ethical standards
General Skills and Experience:
- Relevant risk analysis and risk management expertise including the uses of derivatives
- Portfolio management experience, preferably in multi-asset context
