Up to £45,000 p/Annum

Cobalt has partnered with an international real estate company in their search for an Energy Manager to analyse, report and enhance the energy efficiency of their building portfolio.
This position will require the individual to reduce energy and water consumption and costs, whilst implementing green and efficient technologies across the portfolio. The candidate will closely work with the sustainability, construction and finance teams to enable this client to meet their sustainability targets for 2025 and beyond.

This position will require the individual to reduce energy and water consumption and costs, whilst implementing green and efficient technologies across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse energy and water consumption prior to building acquisition
- Evaluate building utility consumption and data costs
- Review and negotiate energy contracts with suppliers
- Analyse greenhouse emissions across the portfolio and recommend reduction strategies
- Evaluate energy inspections by construction managers and provide recommendations
- Assist with the annual sustainability report
- Lead the training and development for existing staff and new employees
Key Skills
- Prior experience within construction and energy projects
- Excellent understanding of energy management and renewable energy
- Knowledge of Energy Performance Certificates
- A passion for sustainability and smart building services
- Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms
