Purpose of the Role:
Liberum is looking to recruit a talented individual to join its low touch electronic platform in a sales trading capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience in equities sales trading. This is an exciting role for someone looking to join a well-respected team with the opportunity to further drive penetration of Liberum's electronic execution offering.
Key Responsibilities
Provide electronic sales trading services to institutions including best execution, sourcing liquidity and trading into the market
Develop relationships with existing accounts and identify new institutions to grow penetration of our low touch product
Analyse client's execution performance through TCA reports and provide suggestions to clients
Market Liberum's electronic execution capabilities
Collaboration with Research, Sales and investment banking teams
Key Relationships
Front office staff
Back office staff
Board members and management team

Skills, Attributes and Credentials
Effective communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and drive decision making ability to work under pressure and within a complex organisation
Understanding of industry trade execution capabilities and analytical tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Fidessa, Bloomberg and other information tools
Able to think quickly and respond rapidly to changing circumstances
Able to demonstrate a proactive and innovative attitude to tasks
Able to prioritise key task and meet strict deadlines
Detail oriented and logical; highly analytical
Proven track record as effective team member
Flexible approach to tasks and workload
Excellent attendance record
Employment Terms
Full-time, permanent contract
Competitive salary + annual discretionary bonus
25 days holiday, increasing by one additional day each year, up to a maximum of 30 days
